Abstract. | Today's Kumite competitor needs to understand what is practice and what is not practice. This sounds like a trivial statement but think about the culture in Martial Arts. This is a physical endeavour where simply hanging around often outweighs performance. Today's karate athletes need current information on karate training, muscle development, speed training, and principles of mental visualization to compete. |
