| Abstract. | Athlete training, both the beginner and the advanced one, has now become a complex science. It refers to elements of pedagogy, biology, chemistry, physics, medicine, mathematics and other sciences; training adapts and integrates all together in the benefit of the human body. In this long journey, full of searching, the body adapts to new conditions, always without danger. |
