Abstract. | Most the information available about fatigue and excessive training are post being, that is after the sportsmen have been through the negative effects of excessive trainings. Little has been done in order to prevent overload and to avoid performance deterioration before important games effectively. The trainer can often remedy these facts planning the trainings so that work should be permanently alternated with recuperation. |
