| Abstract. | This paper aims to present the benefits of practicing physical exercises for the postoperative recovery of patients with coxarthrosis. The paper will also address practical aspects, such as assessing physical abilities, adapting equipment and motivating patients to practice physical exercises..
Physiotherapy plays an essential role in postoperative recovery, helping patients regain functionality and mobility of the hip joint. The use of kinetic means not only accelerates recovery, but also reduces the risk of postoperative complications, such as deep venous thrombosis, joint stiffness, or muscle atrophy.[2,9] The personalized physiotherapy program can include movement exercises, strengthening the affected muscles and improving coordination and balance.[6,7] In conclusion, we can say that we have managed to show how effective the application of physical exercises is for the recovery of patients with coxarthrosis. |
