| Abstract. | The paper deals with the issue of the development of psychomotor skills of students at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport through sports dance, with important influences in the sphere of increasing the quality of life and combating stress. The idea from which the current research started was to find out how much dance can influence the development of the motor skills of the subjects involved in the study, respectively, the level of development of motor skills was checked before and after their involvement in sports dance activities and what is the connection between them and the increase in the quality of life regarding the combating of stress factors. |
