| Abstract. | The purpose of this study is to highlight the effectiveness of a training program focused on developing tactical collaboration during offensive transitions and in the attacking phase for the U18 age group. The research employs methods specific to the field of physical education and sports science, such as systematic observation, video analysis, testing, experimentation, and statistical data analysis. The implementation of a training program based on small-sided games, numerical superiority and inferiority scenarios, positional drills, and game phase simulations leads to improvements in reaction speed, the synchronization of collective actions, effective use of space, and the efficiency of finishing attacks. The research results highlight that the development of tactical collaboration leads to an improvement in the quality of decision-making and offensive efficiency, contributing to superior performance in competitions for the U18 category. |
