Abstract. | The continuous increase of sports performances represents the primarily result of improving the training process [1][2]. This study aims to improve strength development through TABATA method [5]. The study subjects are pupils aged between 12 to 13 years old of Suceava Miron Costin Elementary School. The results showed that TABATA exercises are very efficient for pupils aged between 12 to 13 years old strength development. |
